Privacy Statement

  • We make every effort to maintain the privacy of all information we hold about you. This document explains the principles and manner of collection, processing and use of information about the users of our website: www.nuctecheurope.com Please read the document carefully in order to understand our privacy policy and the ways in which we use your personal data.
  • Nuctech Netherlands B.V. with its registered office in Rotterdam, at Wilhelminaplein 143, 3072 AP Rotterdam is the Service Operator and Service Users’ Personal Data Controller (“PDC”).
  • Data is processed in accordance with the principles set forth in the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended).
  • The Service obtains information about Service users (“Users”) and their behaviour in the following manner:
    • through information voluntarily provided by the Service User in the electronic forms available via the Service,
    • through cookie files (“cookies”) stored on terminal devices,
    • through collection of www server logs by the hosting operator.
  • The Service collects information which is provided voluntarily by the Service User.
  • The Service may also store information about connection parameters (indication of time, IP address).


  • The Service uses cookies.
  • Cookie files (“cookies”) are IT data, usually in the form of text files which are stored on the Service User’s terminal device and support the use of the Service web pages.
  • Cookies are stored on the Service User’s terminal device and accessed from there by the PDC.
  • Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    • to develop statistics which help us understand how the Service Users use the website, which allows us to improve its structure and content
  • The Service uses two main types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files which are stored on the Service User’s terminal device until they log out, leave the website or close the software (website browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s terminal device for a period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are removed by the User.
  • Default settings of Internet browsers usually allow the storage of cookies on the User’s terminal device. Service Users may change these settings. Interest browsers can be set to delete or block cookies. Detailed information can be found in the “help” or “documentation” section of the User’s Internet browser.
  • Limited use of cookies may affect certain functionalities available on the Service web pages.
  • Cookies stored on the Service User’s terminal device may also be used by the advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.


  • Information about certain User behaviours is subject to logging in the server layer. The data is used solely for server administration purposes and in order to ensure the most efficient support possible for the hosting services provided.
  • Browsed resources are identified by URLs. The following information can also be stored:
    • name of the client’s workstation – identification by http,
    • information about errors which occurred during the execution of an http transaction,
    • URL of the website previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the user has been redirected to the Service via link,
    • information about the User’s browser,
    • information about the IP address.
  • The above data is not associated with particular persons browsing the Service websites.
  • The above data is only used for server administration purposes.


  • We collect personal data from the Service Users only if they have voluntarily completed the electronic forms available via the Service.
  • Personal data of the Service Users referred to in the clause above may be processed for the purpose for which the data was collected in the Service, specifically for the purpose of:
    • recruitment (“Careers” tab),
    • contacting the Service User (“Consulting” tab),
    • PDC’s fulfilment of the obligations imposed on it by legal provisions,
    • PDC’s fulfilment of legally justified purposes pursued by PDCs or data recipients which do not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject (in particular direct marketing of the data controller’s own products or services).
  • If you are a Job Applicant, we collect information that we are provided with in the submitted application documents, provided to us during discussions, meetings, when we exchange e-mails. These can include, in particular, your first and last name, other identification data, contact details as well as information on your education and experience.
  • Personal data collected by the PDC may be made available to the competent state authorities, at their request, on the basis of the relevant legal provisions.
  • The PDC will contact the User by e-mail.
  • The PDC ensures appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee security of personal data made available by the Service Users, in particular measures which prevent access to such data by third parties or processing thereof contrary to legal provisions, data loss, damage or destruction. The measures employed comply with the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended).
  • The Service Users are entitled to:
    • access, supplement, correct and update their data,
    • request temporary or permanent suspension of data processing or removal of data, if it turns out that the data is incomplete, outdated, false or collected contrary to legal provisions,
    • object to the processing of their personal data - in cases provided for by law - as well as to request removal of data if the data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.

  • The PDC reserves the right to store (retain) data collected via the Service for as long as possible under legal or regulatory grounds and by reason of justified business goals.
