We are looking for an effective Junior Logistics Coordinator to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. You will have an extra advantage if you have (some) knowledge about customs clearance of goods and/or are willing to learn and develop that knowledge.

Position:

The Junior Logistics Coordinator reports directly to Logistics Manager .

Job responsibilities:

• Completing logistics & customs import/export administrative tasks and organizing warehouse
• Coordination of transportation and creation of corresponding documents
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Planning and execution of orders for customers and inbound/outbound shipments of our warehouse
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• First point of contact for all enquiries from internal and external stakeholder
• Communication with suppliers and transport companies
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
• Process improvements and optimisation

Job requirements:

• Experience working in a logistics department,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Excel is an advantage
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of the English language, both speaking and writing
• MBO Level 4 degree in Logistics
• Knowledge of customs clearance rules and regulations
